    Tastes like shit.

Does KP realize we don't have a starting caliber PG?

We have three non-scorers in the starting line-up. We are running Roy ragged.

Our 3rd option on offense (Travis) has the IQ of a fence post.

Why is McMillan trying to turn Rudy into James Jones - "sit in the corner and stay there!"

2nd youngest team in the league.
Tied for 2nd in the Western Conference.
4 rookies with tons of promise.
2 all-star level players in their 3rd year.
    An olympic level coach.
    No bad contracts.
    High character guys.

That's some damn good cake if you ask me.

I want to know why Rudy isn't playing like he did in the Olympics. Something tells me it isn't his choosing. He was such a playmaker against team USA it was exciting to watch. Now he's just relegated to standing at the 3pt line.

More time for Rudy please. He's been huge this series.

A fanbase that is full of hyperbolic over reactionists who jump off of buildings after every loss?

    Priceless!

Oh wait, you weren't doing a mastercard ad spoof?

    Can we trade them?

Or better yet, renounce their rights as fans for more cap space this summer?

Him and Wafer were defending each other much of the time they were in, and Rudy got outscored 12-5.

I LOVE Rudy, but I'm shocked how everyone is praising him and his 5 points, but Outlaw's 14 points is total trash.

Nate has been absolutely owned by Adelman in this series. Give a a decent coach this roaster and we are at least 2-2. He's the worst coach in the playoffs IMHO.

Which one of those statements are you considering an "excuse"?

We'll see if the professional opinion of KP agrees with Coach K, Kobe, and Lebron. They all think Nate is a great coach, but I'm sure you know a lot more than they do.

rudy is at his best when he's used in a role where he is allowed to create, not when he basically is just asked to run around and mostly do nothing.

blake is a starting caliber pg. he's a below average starter, but hey, there have to be 15 below average starting pgs starting in the nba. he is one of them. he would be best utilized as a backup. i still have faith that bayless would be the answer if allowed to be, but thus far the blazers haven't appeared interested in that.

joel isn't the longterm starter. batum probably isn't the longterm starter unless he has offensive improvement. blake isn't a scorer but he spaces the floor as a shooter. none of those things make a cake taste like shit.

outlaw shouldn't be the 3rd option. roy, aldridge, oden, and rudy should all be ahead of him.

I've wondered that all season as well. Rudy was supposed to be a much more dynamic player, and all we see is him standing around waiting for 3 pointers like Tracy Murray.

But to keep things in perspective, sans the horrible officiating, we'd be up 3-1 in this series. Batum needs time to develop and we could certainly use an upgrade at PG, backup PG, and backup PF, but we'll have to give KP some time to fill those holes. I think Bayless may be our answer at PG.

Hopefully next year we'll see Batum, Oden, Rudy and Bayless make big strides. Webster will be coming off our bench, and we can get a real backup PF.

Youth as an excuse is laughable. It's been used by homers on the board for ages.

Nate is the worst coach in the playoffs and he gets a free pass in the local media.

Ginboili had the same problems his rookie year as well. I mean Rudy, is a rookie. And it's not like him shooting 3's hasn't been useful. The guy set a rookie record for 3's in a season for a rookie. Ginobili average 7/2/2 in 21mpg as a rookie. Rudy is averaging 11/3/2 as a rookie 25 minutes. Manu shot more 3's per attempt in his rookie year than any year after that, and I expect that to hold true for Rudy.

Do you have facts to prove either of these statements or are you just throwing them out there in some hope that people will believe you?

The national media has been praising Nate during the playoffs, so they're probably giving him a free pass too. As do all the people the voted him COY, the olympic players and coaches that rave about him, and his record in close games and coming out of timeouts.

All those things, but some dude on a message board says he's the worst coach in the playoffs and youth has nothing to do with success or lack-there-of, therefore it must be true.

Facts? How about that fact we are down 3-1 and getting killed by the same Rockets game plan all year? Zero adjustments from Nate and we are on the brink of elimination.

The Rockets have controlled this series. Thinking anything else in blind in my opinion.

If you are happy with losing by 4 points in 2 games then here's you championship trophy:

I'm not happy losing. However, I'm not stupid enough to disagree with Coach K, Kobe, Lebron, and Kevin Pritchard when they are saying the same things that I'm seeing.

If you think this team doesn't have a bright future, then go ahead and piss and moan all you want.

I think the Rockets are better than us this year, I thought that going into the series. I guess you think we should be a top 2 team in the West, but with all your negative statements, I would find that hard to believe.

Got anything positive to say about Portland?

I don't think we're at the stage for frosting yet. I think bakers saw some mix-up in the ingredients of the recipe. They don't have to necessarily start all over again, but a few tweaks would be fine. Something just didn't taste right. Bake it again.
