I agree you don't have to cut them. Make a lopsided trade and get the player you want using one of their contracts and your cap space to do a one for one trade.

IS there any doubt that LaFrentz, Ruffin, Randolph & Frye are gone regardless?

IMO the other 2 players who SHOULD go or Outlaw and Sergio....

I'd keep Blake around, I think he could be a good b\u, it is Pritchard's fault that he is our starting PG....Hopefully he rectifies that in the offseason...

Um, it's Nate's decision that Blake is the starting PG. Unless you're saying that Nate can't handle playing the best people in the best positions, and relies on his "crutch" guys, so KP ships them out so Nate can't abuse/misuse them anymore (ahem, JarrettJack, ahem). In which case I agree, it's KP's fault.

I don't like Blake on this team as backup PG. He's our 3rd-best SG (maybe he'll be 4th next year if JB breaks out even a bit). I'm not saying to cut him--reliable PGs w/high A/TO ratio will always have a home in the league--but leaving him on our bench is an excuse for Nate to start him.

Everybody is in such a hurry around here. Slow down. Relax. Blake will be supplanted at PG when somebody out plays him. It is that simple. The reason that Bayless never got PT as the season wound down is the fact that he showed he can only produce when he gets major minutes. When ever he played spot minutes he just didn't do that great. The facts are there were only spot minutes available going into the end of the season and the playoffs, so Sergio got the minutes.

Going into next season, I expect the starting PG spot to be up for grabs.

I really couldn't care less about how Blake, Outlaw, Ruffin, or Frye are playing right now. I want the 16 million in cap space.
