I'm actually hoping Nate keeps his passive attitude towards officiating. Sure, all the other coaches that have won championships are coaches that are known for heckling refs, but Nate could be the first. Kind of like how Tony Dungy was the one of the first coaches to win a Superbowl without yelling or swearing ever.
Probably has less to do with what they said then it is just sending a message: don't talk about the refs. Seriously, all McMillan said is he wants it to be more consistent. Adelman didn't say much either that I can remember. Instead of fining the coaches for pointing out the obvious maybe Stern should try and correct it.
Why does Stern traffic in communism? I don't understand, it's not like Nate attacked the refs. Fucking horrible.
Jeff Van Gundy got fined $100,000 in 2005 when he made comments about the unfairness to Yao Ming from the refs. And remember guys, that was one of the series that Donaghy was involved in. FUCKING STERN!
