Threads on Clutchfans complaining about Brooks, Artest, lack of a closer, lack of a passing point guard, fans berating other fans for talking about the Lakers prematurely, how important Game 6 is etc.

Basically, what you'd expect from a forum of 35000+ members knee-jerking after a loss.

    A post from CF:

"10 years it's been, still can't pass the first round and not this year either. Well it is, do you agree with me? The series is over. The Blazers will win the next 2 games and that's it. Lets keep dreaming on beating the Lakers in the 2nd round, what a f***ing joke.

Thank you RA for keeping on playing AB . AB can score. AB really has the potential to be the next Tony Parker. Well, kiss my friggin ass...

Fire RA and his useless coaching crew. It's pathetic. Too bad the ownership if full of a bunch of pussies. What a nightmare, give me a break already...

Why I have to waste time to watch this sh!t and with the lifetime low to put up with these craps. Fans have their own life and they paid money to buy tickets, they spent time to the game and you can't provide with only craps to depress them.

I know that's hard for you fans to realize, because you expect this team to shock the world every goddamn time, you think Yao Ming is god, but you need to wake up and smell the rancid coffee. This team is ****. You're only masking the real problems that You know, you spend the whole beep season complaining about injuries and T-mac's out and the Rafer trade. Then Yao was fronting and you complain about his poor play and then when the Rockets actually get outworked and outplayed, you start complaining refs. Why the **** are you complaining? You knew what this team is and yet it doesn't change the fact you're actually surprised they are getting owned by Blazers or didn't compete with the Lakers.

This team sucks, I'm really so pissed and this is ****. I'm done"

Honestly, tell them not to be so scared going into game 6, because I'm not as confident in a Blazers win as they are, that's for sure.

I think they can win, but I'm not exactly thinking it's a done deal at all either.

Game 7 is a different story. If it gets to a game 7, there's no doubt in my mind the Blazers would win that.

Holy crap, that is amazing material! Is it me, or does this sound EXACTLY like some of the more (ahem) vocal complainers here on S2? I mean, replace some of the names and specific complaints, and I would believe that it was coming straight from this board after game 4... Could it be that ALL whining, overstated rants for each and every team are actually written by one dark and bitter individual? Gasp! It's like the DaVinci code of sports forums! :shh:

    Hello darkness, my old friend
I think Portland has a solid chance to win game 6. Game 1 they were completely unprepared to play a playoff intensity game and were crushed. But I really think Portland has outplayed Houston over the past four games. Portland's wins were by relatively comfortable margins (the last minute or two were really about determining the final margin, not who would win) while Houston's wins were right down to the wire. With a bit more poise, Portland should have won game 4 and could have won game 3. They got rattled in game 4 and basically threw away a win.

I think that bodes well for their chances to win a game 6. They're playing Houston well, they're either winning or putting themselves in position to win. They know they can play right with Houston in Houston. If they play like they did in game 4 but close the game with more mental toughness, they'll win the game. And then I definitely like Portland's chances in game 7.

Right now, I think Houston is the favourite, but only by a little. If Portland can take game 6, then Portland becomes a relatively strong favourite. Portland dug itself a hole, but has a surprisingly decent chance to escape it.

It's called "bandwagoners" They don't realize we still have 2 full games to get past the first round! I still believe Rockets can do beat Portland in 6, but it'll be extremely tough to win Game 7!

Seen after game 4 somewhere in cyberspace...

"6 years it's been, and now we can't even win a playoff game on the road. Well it is over, do you agree with me? The series is over. The Rockets will win one of the next 3 games and that's it. Lets keep dreaming on beating the Lakers in the 2nd round, what a f***ing joke.

Thank you McAsshole for keeping on playing Travis. Travis can score. Travis really has the potential to be the next Michael Jordan. Well, kiss my friggin ass...

This team is ****. You're only masking the real problems that You know, you spend the whole beep season complaining about injuries and Martell's out and Raef LaFrentz's expiring contract. Then Greg was fouling and you complain about his poor play and then when the Blazers actually get outworked and outplayed, you start complaining refs. Why the **** are you complaining? He had the flu tonight, so he only was able to score 25 points. Hopefully he will be feeling better on Thursday.

Honestly, if we get to game 7 and lose, I'll be disappointed but I'll also be really proud of our boys for fighting so hard in their first playoff series against a seasoned veteran team.

The Blazers did make some key mistakes, especially in the third quarter; how many times did they lose the ball? I was SCREAMING curses at the TV.

Avoid the dippy mistakes and they would have won Game 4. Make it a learning experience for Game 6.

We know, they know, the Rockets know, everyone knows, Houston will go all out in Game 6. For them it really is Game 7. NO FREAKING WAY do they want Game 7 on Portland's court. Blazers need to match that intensity from tip to final buzzer. No mental lapses.

I am sure not guaranteeing but I feel a lot more hopeful than I did 24 hours ago; after all, there IS going to be a Game 6. Something a lot of other teams (Detroit, San Antonio, Utah, almost certainly New Orleans) can't say.
