Man what a game last night! It was great to be there, one of my best Blazer experiences in 26 years!

One thing I noticed (might not have been as evident on TV) is that we're only sending one, sometimes 2 players at the most to the offensive glass -- usually our center and Lamarcus, while our guards hussle back as if the Rockets are going to run the outlet on us to death, which they're clearly NOT! Outside of Aaron Brooks there isn't a single Rocket that scares me in an uptempo game. Crashing the glass would undoubtedly lead to more offensive boards and likely more quality looks, furthermore, even if we don't get the offensive board, we're in a position to either A) still get back on D, or B) force them to run. Making them run on us would limit Yao's touches near the basket (because my dead grandmother is faster than he is) and get them out of their comfort zone. Sending 4 or even 5 to the glass will keep balls alive, put pressure on the refs, and make Yao and Scola work harder on the boards, which is bigger now that they lack bigman depth. I'm all for using our youth and fresher legs to push our tempo, but I think we shoulduse that energy to force them as well.

GO BLAZERS! Can't wait for game 7!

Outlaw especially needs to crash the boards more often.
