it certainly depends on foul trouble. Note that Joel went to the bench in the 1st quarter with ZERO fouls. After the game he said that he was NOT tired!! If they game is called like a wrestling match, I think the Rockets will win (and lose to the lakers in 5). If the game is called like the last one, Blazers will win. Either way, I think it will be close.

Vegas says... Rockets by 4.5 pts.

Can I make a prediction when I see how tight or not they are during Warmups (The Rockets)

I have no idea what's going to happen in Game 6. Hopefully we can just keep this close and give ourselves a chance in the fourth quarter like Games 3 and 4, but of course a different outcomes... Just one time! A Game 7 would be tremendous!

see i think i'd go the other way on that line. i think i'd take the blazers but the rockets take a close one. who knows though, all the pressure is on them.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
I consider the Rockets small favourites. They are a better home team than Portland is a road team. But Portland has shown real strides on the road lately...they could have won game 3 and should have won game 4. If they can just get over the hump in game 6 (which essentially means poise down the stretch despite a hostile crowd), they can certainly win it. But I certainly think Houston has the higher likelihood of winning, unfortunately.

Of course, if Portland wins game 6, Houston is in deep trouble. Portland seems to have returned to their home excellence (after the wash-out game 1) and they would be the heavy favourites in a game 7.

5 seconds to go, tie game, Blazers ball, Roy with the ball: Scola flops and falls to the floor, sliding on his back, effectively turning the lane into a skating rink from his hair grease. 8 players fall victim to the old "Argentinian Dapper Dan" tactic, except for Channing Frye, who was frozen by 2 things: the hypnotic effect of Scolas hair flying around, and the sudden, sickening realization that Scola resembles a pre-op tranny!!The ball caroms to Frye who comes back to life and buries a 3 with .2 left. 99-96 Blazers

I voted for the Blazers - yes, I voted with my heart. My head says too close to call. I really don't know what will happen. The blazers seem to be improving as the series goes on.

If the refs call the game consistantly, I think the Blazers win.

I went with the Blazers. I hope they will. I've said all along though that we needed to split before because it's to tough to win a elimination game on the road. But how the Blazers are playing they just might jump out ahead and stay there. If they do get a lead then the Rockets might just start choking.

I want it back here so bad!! I think a game 7 would be incredible. But I fear the game 1 loss did us in. Just like when Magic stole game 2 in the early 90s between us going to the finals and we fail to make it to the finals the year we probably would have won it.

i disagree about the blazers being heavy favorites in they win game 6. neither team should be heavy favorites in either game. game one reminds me of the blazers first game of the regular season. they came out nervous to live up to expectations and got blown out. the remaining 4 games have been close throughout and i see no reason why the next game(or games) won't be as well.

Maybe not heavy favorites.. but in a Game 7 I would say that Portland would be favored. But 1st things 1st we gotta get there.

portland would definitely be favored in a game 7 because they have home court and would have won two in a row i just disagree that they would be heavily favored.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
Games 2 and 5 weren't really in doubt at the end. They were in doubt most of the game, but the final few minutes were just about determining final margin, not who would win. Aaron Brooks hit a few bombs at the end of game 2 to narrow the margin but it was still fairly clear who would win it.

Maybe "heavy favourites" is overstating it, but quite significant favourites. Since game 1, I think Portland has won more authoritatively in Portland than Houston has in Houston.
