Dead at 56. He'll be missed. He was a big part of my Friday nights growing up.

That sucks.. He's been on Wheels' show a couple times, and been worth the listen to. He was pretty big back in the day when pro wrestling was great. RIP.

RIP, used to see him in Ridgfield once in a while. I think I stay up late now because of Portland Wrestling.

Billy Jack was my favorite, but Buddy was awesome too.

Jesse Ventura had a saying that served me well playing cards with gramma when I was a kid.

Win if you can, lose if you must but always cheat.

What were some of the Portland guys mottos, can't remember.

Buddy Rose loved spending his evenings at different dive bars throughout Vancouver. He was huge towards the end of his life.

i still remember the night when, after being the "bad" guy for so long, the portland crowd cheered for him for the first time when he first wrestled roddy piper.

Too bad. I love Portland wrasslin' as a kid.

I saw Rose at Saturday market about 2 years ago. He looked awful.
