If Mavs want first seed, this game will be important. Doesn't look good though with Howard, Harris, Griff still out, this could be a blowout by Pistons or a dogfight to end.Make or break time.

Its gonna be rough with the injuries Mavs have on their team right now. If Mavs do loose, I hope its atleast under 10 points. Because that proves that Mavs can handel any team in the NBA, even with big injuries to the squad

Wait, I heard that Josh Howard MIGHT come back in this game.Remember that OTHER guy who had the injury, but made a surprise and started the game in the NBA Finals, I think?Forgot his name...

No, WAY back, because I doubt it was MJ.By the way, Mavs trail Pistons, 52-50. Pistons are staying alive with offensive rebounds and second-chance points, and Dallas is staying alive with 15 by Nowitzki and 14 by Stackhouse.

MJ did have a severe stomach flu in game 5 of 97? finals. he had like 37 pts and 7 something reb and 6? asst.yesssssss! lol. I think we can win this or extend to lead to 4-8 points more if we keep playing like we did in the final 4 min of the half. Our 3 pt shooting is awesome, Billups and Sheed' are getting it done for the Pistons on the offense.

Dude, did you see that horrible call on Billups? He ran into Daniels from the SIDE and gave him a charge? THAR WAS HORRIBLE.

Yay We win! Good game by both teams.. Mavs fought in the end so did Pistons.. but Chauncey's shot over Dirk pretty much sealed it.

He played horrible, picked up bad fouls. We lost this game due to Pistons getting more offensive boards, they got so many 2nd chances and converted. Also, where was Terry? Missed some open shots and took bad 20 foot shots. He missed a couple buckets that would have been nails in the coffin. But can't forget about Dirk getting a great offensive rebound, then quickly putting up a bad shot(blocked by Prince).Overall, great game to watch, wish we won, but we just gave up too many boards and Pistons just executed better at the end.

Man, I just don't know what to say. We MUST come out and let Dirk score 40 or something, because he got fouled like millions of times tonight. We don't need Howard back right now, or Harris, we need Griffin, a consistent defender.

Stop with the blind homerism. This was a pretty good officiated game.Anyone see Dirk/Avery exchange? It was after a Rip layup in 2nd half, and Avery was chewing Dirk out. Dirk walked away from the huddle after saying some words to Avery.

Daniels was getting the fair shake on the calls in my opinion. Billups and Dirk getting the superstar treatment. I personally think everyone should get equal treatment but the refs seem to favor the superstars.

Lolz, but Dirk had lots of airballs and SHORT shots for trying to get to the line.
