And Kenny Vance keeps bringing up that he thinks KP should push hard to acquire Tony Parker via a trade this summer.

I know they probably need to get younger in a hurry, but what on earth would it take to pry him from the Spurs? LMA, Bayless, Batum and picks? Is that even enough?

he says that guys like cp3, and deron are untouchable but what makes him think the spurs are just going to give away their best player?

    Stop!

LMA for Parker alone isn't worth it. Yeah, we'd have a great backcourt but we'd have a piss-poor front-court. Oden hasn't proven he can score and outside of LMA, we have nobody on the front line that we can trust to score.

    Gramps...

The Spurs would want more the LMA IMO, and I can't see them trading Parker in the first place, so I'm not holding my breath.

Roy or LMA would have to be traded. I don't see that happening for Parker.

Neither team would do that. I wouldn't trade LMA for Parker, tbh.

I really would make sure Roy and LMA are locked down to long-term deals and then go from there. Anyone after that can be traded if it nets us good players (I'd trade Oden/Rudy/Bayless/1st or w/e for someone like Rose, Williams, Rondo, Paul or w/e).

You guys are misunderstanding me, I'm not an advocate for the trade I'm just asking what you guys think the price would be. Personally I think there's no way RC Buford gives up TP without getting multiple young guys back with at least one player out of our "big 3"

I like Tony Parker, but not enough to give up LMA.

Ok, my answer is LMA, Rudy, Batum, and our 1st round pick. Of course I'd never do that, but I think that's about the minimum they would take back in return for Parker.

And now Kenny Vance officially joins the Fraternity of Delusional Fans.

I would bet my house that the Spurs wouldn't trade Tony Parker for anyone on the team not named Roy. Nor any combination of players the Blazers could muster.

SA wouldn't have even MADE the playoffs without Tony Parker killing it all season. He is the youngest player on their team and probably the best right now. Without him, who is even bringing the ball up the floor.

Hey, while we are at it, why not put together a package for LeBron if Cleveland doesn't win a title this year. Or maybe we can trade Oden for Howard straight up?

Roy and Rudy might get it done. I don't see any other combination the Spurs would even consider.

Anyone else getting annoyed by Jay Allen? The guy has fallen in love with this team and basically doesn't want to trade anyone. Seems to be a little tension between Kenny and Jay about the players we should or can trade.
