I think PBS has the most balanced political analysis shows. Even if the individuals making up the analysts have their biases (left-wing, certainly), they strike me as striving the best to be objective in their analysis. I'm sure they don't reach perfect objectivity, no one does, but shows like Washington Week In Review and News Hour With Jim Lehrer seem the closest thing to "fair and balanced" on the airwaves. As far as FOX News goes, I'd also draw a distinction between their news reporting and their opinion-based shows. I don't find much redeeming about Hannity, Beck or O'Reilly, but I actually think Sheppard Smith is a pretty engaging anchor and not overtly biased in how he presents things.
