I would have to say lifting weights. Its one of the best stress removers you can do.Plus its fun knowing you can bench more than your body weight :flex: I also would honestly say posting on forums. I LOVE to talk about basketball. My friends like the NBA but they dont want to hear me talk about it. So when I get a chance to come on here and talk bball its awesome.

Heh...I do Tae Kwon Do also. Im going to do a board break next week =].Anyways...I go out, Swim, Go to the Gym, Play XBox and PS2, Post on fourms, Watch T.V., Sit in my bed playing GBA SP and play other sports.
