What do you guys think about this one? This will definitely be tough, because three of Dallas's next three opponents are on win streaks of at least three games.Cleveland will definitely want from revenge from their 19-point flaming out by Dallas, as well as Dirk's layup at the end of the third to outscore the Cavs by 21 in the third.
I think, cavs have this there at home and with the win today they clinch the playoff berth. I think lebron is gonna give the Mavs a hard time for that playoff berth.
Wtf happend to mavsfan doing these? He is way much better. I say topic delete and Mavsfan post a normal new one
And what makes you think Mavsfan might not log in before 1 hour and 12 minutes? Atleast he takes the effort to find the article writen up about it including injuries, match ups, ect
Oh, sorry, I can do that, too. In fact, I've made some really nice Mavs articles, but I'm leaving site anyway, so later, guys...
Mavsfan he was a terrible poster, don't defend him. The fact he's gone will bring some respect back that not all Mavs fan are stupid and homers.
Damn the Cavs are owning Dallas right now. Dallas is just too tired to play tonight. They are settling for jumpers all night and not getting back on defense.
Man, that was so gay.Dirk had a QUIET 29, and that was Avery's second back-to-back losing streak of the year...oh well...I dunno what to say...Mavs are 10-6 with all of the injuries, which is not TOO bad, but Dallas MUST come out tomorrow and play well.Dirk needs to start demanding the ball, or Stack needs to shoot that same shot about 10 feet from the battle.
WOW! How did you guys like that? Lol, thought I would rub it in, we needed a win. First you try to kill LeBron, it doesn't work, so you bring in a black belt to finish him off, all you could do was take off his headband, LeBron is a beast. But seriously now, the Cavs were having a great all around game. It was one of their best games this season. Everything was going their way and the defense was good. They ran their plays and James had a big game.I don't like that look in his eye much, the "I am going to score" look, becuase even though that is what makes him so great, sometimes he forgets about his teammates and settles for a 19 foot jumper.
Waqas, I guess Dirk is eliminated from the MVP race, right? I mean, you dropped Nash from the race because the Suns lost two in a row, so it's only fair that you do the same with Dirk, right? Just pulling your leg...
Lolz, but there still has to be at least two guys in for it...but now, I really don't care, but I do, still, in a way. I hope Dirk DOES win it 200% of the way, but as long as Mavs win their next 10, I'll be more happy.
I thought you were leaving? On the game, I ended up missing most of it, didn't know about the early start time. When I turned on to see us down by 20, it pissed me off. But then I realized I didn't expect much after last night's letdown. Also, couple days ago I told Lazy if we lost to the Pistons, we would lose both. Mavs put a lot of effort shorthanded against the Pistons and that would leave them with nothing against a good team in Cavs. Loss bound to happen.I'm hearing Howard could go this next game against Orlando or next week. That's good news and Griff will follow. Harris seems to be towards end of season still. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>I hope Dirk DOES win it 200% of the way, but as long as Mavs win their next 10, I'll be more happy.</div>That's a lofty goal, 10 in a row. I rather lose some and rest guys.Edited: Had to add this for Mavsfan, Daniels is pushing himself out of the rotation with his play of late, when Jho/Griff come back, he will be the odd swingman. It's too bad, but it's looking that way.
Believe it or not I blame all of this performance on missing Devin Harris. No one is getting easy baskets and everything is a struggle. Daniels probably misses Harris the most of everyone. Harris was able to get Daniels some shots in the full court fastbreak. Everything for Dallas right now is half court and Daniels has been ineffective here. Stackhouse has been starting well lately but is fading in the second half of the game. It's too bad we have to wait til the end of the season to get Harris back. He is starters material. Terry hasn't been effective either. This is the worst Dallas has looked the whole season I feel. It almost seemed like they gave up in this game.
Man I just don't see Harris as having that much of an effect on the offense like you guys do.I do think he's one of the best defensive players on the team, and is good at driving to the hoop and getting some baskets, but he's not JKidd or Nash, not yet anyways.I do think we need him, but I think not having Howard, and Griffin, is a big reason we are playing poorly right now...But I do know we need Harris healthy by playoff time.
Yea me either marvin, I feel our lack of perimeter defenders hurt us, ie. our best three Griff, Harris, Howard. Not just Devin. Also, Quis was playing fine a couple games ago, just face it, he's in a slump. Daniels is a better halfcourt playing because of his ability to slash and post up.

The other team has plenty of time to react to what Dallas is doing and steals, bad shots, and shot clock violations can all come out of this. Harris always did a good job finding Daniels or Howard on the break so those freebies are not here now. Even when they were in the half court Harris was able to make things happen which forced a double team which gave Dallas easier opportunities to score.
