16 year olds arent smart enough to not have one single shread of evidence in their room. Written notes, printed out plans/diagrams something...Some of us even here masked our IP address just to go to bbf, let alone call in fake bomb threats.

For arguments sake, lets say he is guilty, this case should go under normal laws...this is BS

"This is not what the Patriot Act was intended for". Bullshit says I. This is exactly what the Patriot act was "intended for". Why do you think they tried to pass it without giving people a fair chance to read it? It's just certain people wanting to strip the common man of rights.

There have been hundreds of cases like this since the Patriot act was signed. A journalist covering Hurricane Katrina was charged with domestic terrorism for taking pictures of decrepid conditions in the FEMA camps, the government said merely photographing government infastructure was an act of terrorism.

So if you're out taking on vacation, taking a picture of a bridge, some dumbass bitch can arrest you for terrorism.

Bullshit to anyone who thinks we needed this to protect us from "terrorism". We already have the official documents that prove that George W. Bush ordered the FBI NOT to investigate Bin Laden before 9-11. The whole 9-11 thing was just a complete hoax.

Not to argue, but I haven't seen that. Do you have an article about that?
