Definately the Bulls. their team is made up around their young guys. Kirk is a good pg and he knows the game well. He's got that mid range jay., Duhon is a very nice pure pg and he runs their ofense well. Gordon is a good shooter/driver. Deng is a great shooter and he is really versatile and a great defender. Chandler is a defensive beast. he is great at grabbing boards and he is a good shotblocker. And with New Yorks #1 pick I expect them to maybe grab Aldridge to play at Center for them, then they have they are set to make a run in the next couple of years.
The Celtics have the best young core in the NBA. Al Jefferson, Gerald Green, Ryan Gomes, Orien Green, Delonte West and Tony Allen. Jefferson and Green have the raw star ability, Orien and Allen are just going to be solid role players that play great defense, and West and Gomes are just players any team would love to have because they play the right way. Kendrick Perkins could be a good player as well.
What young players are proven yet though? Bulls core is nice, but three of them play the same position. Also, if they draft Aldridge, I expect Chandler to move to center. I agree with BCB on the best young core.
I am going to agree with CB4 and say it's the Bulls with the best young core in the NBA. There are other teams with good young cores, but i think the Bulls are the best. Gordon, Deng, Chandler, Hinrich, and Nocioni are all very good young players. If they get Aldridge he will play the four i am thinking also. Aldridge will provide good scoring from down low to really help take the pressure off of the bulls outside game.
I'd just rather have the Celtics group. Hinrich really has not worked on his game much from his rookie year, Ben Gordon is a small combo guard, I like Deng and Nocioni but Chandler is a liability on offense and gets rebounds purely because he's 7'1" and the Bulls don't have anyone else down low.
i'm going to say its the Orlando Magic. They have Dwight Howard as the star player. he's just a beast. they have Jameer Nelson who is going to be a solid point guard in the league. Darko is hopefully going to show everyone his talent since he now has the minutes to play. Trevor Ariza i think would make an impact on the defensive end and in the fast break if they ever put out on the floor.DeShawn Stevenson is in his 5th year, but is only 25. so i think within the next few years they will have a pretty good team. i could see them having a pretty good starting lineup. plus they'll be getting a lottery pick this year. The Mavs have a very young core alsoC DiopPF NowitzkiSF J. HowardSG M. DanielsPG D. Harris but that isn't the starting lineup.
I agree that the Celtics have the brightest future in my eyes. I think that Gerald Green can be a great player, and Delonte is evolving into a really talented guard.Watch the youth of the Magic as well. Jameer Nelson is having a great year and we all know what Dwight Howard can do.

Simmons,Redd, and Maglorie are all pretty young also.
How is the Raptors core overrated? We have got the future TwinTowers, a great slasher, a guy with very nice pg skills, whoever we draft at the 5th spot, an even better pg who can actually shoot. How is that overrated? We also have Bonner who is now doing more then just shooting, i.e moving with the ball, pump fakes then step and points off rebounds.
Charlie Villanueva's career will not be all that great. He is showing so many flashes now but you wait and see.Jose Calderon will not get much better.
Charlie V's career won't be much? What? He has so many offensive weap[ons, he can drive inside, shoot the long ball, baseline jumper, tips off in bounds, he can slam home some alley oops and he is a great rebounder too. I think he will be a 17 and 9 guy.As for Calderon he is just a solid pg, he did great in the Euro League and he has great pg skills. Sure he isn't a great shooter but he generates are offense well and that is all that matters to me. He is only a rookie in the League and still has to adjust to the fast paced style. We have 3 picks this draft so are future should get even brighter. We have Roko Ukic comeing over in 2 years. I don't know how you could say that our young core is overrated.
It's gotta be the 2 under-26 superstars of the RocketsIF they can stay healthy and if the Rox can build a good TEAM around them, they can be a very dominant contending team.
My god you are so biased. The Rokcets are the oldest team in the League. They have very few young players and now you're saying they have the best young core? *shakes head*
