His track record was pretty spotty up until about 4 or 5 years ago. This team needs some hardware (or at least come awfully close) before anybody anoints him.
The problem with the ratings, is that they combine fairly objective criteria (W/L record and front office stability) with touchy-feely stuff ("fan relations" and "team culture"). When the Blazers were winners, a vocal subset of the fans didn't like the team. Then we went through the PatterNash era where the team sucked mud. One winning season doesn't whipe all that away.
