RIP man, still left too soon. Happy to see he was mentally handling his cancer well just a few weeks before.
Cancer is just one of those things. My grandmother passed from lung cancer. That's a death that you don't wish on anyone. I'm glad that he is without pain now. RIP.
Wayman was a great guy, and incredibly talented. Always with a big smile and good attitude, he became a very accomplished jazz musician after he retired from basketball. Aside from being a world class athlete, he also recorded 8 albums. Very impressive! He will be missed.
Wow, what a shock. My wife and I saw him play (bass jazz guitar) at the SeaBreeze Jazz Festival in Destin, Florida last year. He looked and played great. So sad to hear this news. Our heartfelt prayers go out to his family. RIP, Wayman.
Great Guy, the type one would want to hang out with. Truly, the world is a worse place with him. As for Resting in Peace, forget it! I'm hoping he's having fun and cracking some jokes up there!
