Has anybody else noticed how LeBron seems to have a big lump on the right side of his face? Somebody mentioned it to me recently, saying they saw it early on in the season and it seems to be growing with time. I watched a few videos looking for it and I can see that there definitely seems to be something going on there.

Check out this video, you can see it pretty clearly, I think.

Anybody know what's up with that?

Yeah it does appear to be growing. It's really noticeable in one of those NBA Care commercials. I thought he broke his jaw at a young age and it didn't heal properly. But more recently it looks like a bump and not an issue with his jaw bone.

I remember a few years back shape mentioned steroids or HGH, and LeBron's forehead.

I'd really like for them to test for HGH. I want to see what players would be nailed and I'd put money that LeBron would be.

I don't think Lebron uses illegal substances. They do strict testing during the Olympics and never found anything.

He might not use now, but the way he ballooned through high school is impressive. I find it hard to believe that is all natural.

A lot of Olympians have been busted years later for illegal substances. Marion Jones won her medal in 2000 and was busted in 2007 during the BALCO investigations.

LeBron claims he added 25lbs of muscle mass this past summer. That's either a gross exageration by him or he's using something. It's impossible to add that naturally.

Both Lebron James and Greg Oden have the signs of being given HGH as a kid.
