    Good luck. After the cap and trade BS that was just rammed through Salem, my wife and I are looking to get out of this state. We'll soon be passing Michigan for the highest unemployment in the USA. Yay Oregon!

    Depends. Colorado or Montana are leading the charge. CO seems the leader since my wife's job involves that state. Oregon's been a blast, but this state is on the verge of collapse and I can still get some money out of my house this summer.
