http://www.bloodyelbow.com/2009/5/14/875833/bj-penn-continues-pursuit-of-nsac The NSAC heard testimony from BJ Penn, his lawyer, and his mother a few months ago. They listened and then decided not to take any action. And that was the end of Greasegate. Except it isn't. Not by a long shot. As recently as this week Penn's attorney and mother were before the NSAC in an attempt to get the NSAC to make an official ruling against them so they can take the issue to court. So it seems St. Pierre/Penn III will take place in front of one judge instead of three.
Re: BJ Penn will complain 'to the death, Georges,' and he isn't kidding about this I really don't like Kenny Florian but I hope he retires Penn once and for all. This is beyond obnoxious.

Re: BJ Penn will complain 'to the death, Georges,' and he isn't kidding about this aw for crying out loud, he's turning into Brett the Hitman Hart 'you screwed me GSP, you screwed me!' GSP vs BJ Penn III next summer, just to shut him up once and for all.
Re: BJ Penn will complain 'to the death, Georges,' and he isn't kidding about this Penn has lost all my respect for him. He is a punk bitch.
Re: BJ Penn will complain 'to the death, Georges,' and he isn't kidding about this I still a BJ Penn fan. I was since his pre-MMA days in BJJ and today. I dont agree with what he is doing (sometimes you got to let it go), but what he does outside of the ring is his business. I'm a huge BJ fan inside the OCTAGON.
I didn't listen to this blog because I have no interest in BJ anymore, but supposedly he says the NSAC is made up of scumbags and he'll never fight in Nevada as long as the same people are there, mainly Keith Kaizer, or something:
BJ supposedly won't fight overseas, either, because his PPV cut is too low. So I guess that leaves Ohio, Quebec (yeah, right), California, and the other miscellaneous American cities the UFC visits once or twice a year.
