If you are under 18-years old and planned on attending UFC 99 live in Germany--forget it. Minors have been banned from the event.

Unless Rashad Evans lands the luckiest punch of his life, or Machida breaks something like his hand and just throws a lazy kick with no combinations to it, I doubt we see Evans win this fight. Machida is just the complete MMA fighter, and a better one than Rashad Evans. Machida is a fantastic wrestler as seen by his actually out wrestling Tito Ortiz. He is a superb striker, with a great background in all styles of striking. His submission skills are top notch, there is not one hole in his fight game, not even close to one. Lets also not forget that Evans was losing on the points cards for both the Griffin and Liddell fights until he landed the punches he did. Against Machida who is harder to tag with a right than both of those guys, and has equal the fist speed, I just don't see where Evans even comes close to winning this fight. Machida is going to frustrate Evans and out point him in a winning effort.

Hughes will crush Serra. Serra's fists are overrated, he got lucky and hit GSP one time, no where does it have any proof that he is better on his feet than Hughes. Meanwhile Hughes is the much superior wrestler, and knows how to control a BJJ black belt. Just see his Royce Gracie fight for proof of that statement. Serra is tough and I don't think he goes out in the first round, but the 2nd maybe third round of Hughes pounding the shit out of him will end the fight no doubts about it. Serra is in a fight he can't win.

I think Hughes' pride might lead him into a stand up battle with Serra. But Serra's hands aren't really that good so I don't know where that will go.

Serra's hands are better than Hughes IMO so if Hughes does keep it standing he'll get clocked around. I still think he has enough wrestling to beat someone like Serra though.

Only way Evans wins is if his hand speed is vastly superior to Machida's and he gets off before Machida can.

From what i've read, Evans is going to be very patient and not be overly aggressive with initiating the initial contact by chasing after Machida. This could be a very slow paced and methodical fight. A real chess match with not much action.

There weren't enough substitutions already, so Chris Wilson has backed out of his fight (failed medicla) and Mike Pyle will take his place.

Great post. I also see the Machida fight playing out this way. He will frustrate and out point Sugar Rashard. I expect a lot of boos during the course of the fight and this will cause Evans to press.

I also agree Serra is going to get a beatdown. He just doesn't seem dedicated to the sport after the GSP fluke.

I think Serra gets crushed. I hope not. I want to see him retire Hughes.

Evans' speed is the only shot he has, imo.

    I love Arianny.

If God offered me a three-some with Arianny and Gina, but said I'd die the next day...I'd still do it.

I've seen her twice and honestly, her skin is like caramel. I guess it's easy to take care of yourself when that is essentially your only job, but the TV never does her justice. Edith, on the other hand, is pretty much WYSIWYG. Which isn't a bad thing.
