Sergio and Frye are not going to be resigned. So do you guys think it would be a good time to bring Koponen and Freeland over? They are already 21 and 22 years old respectively, which is about the age of a college junior or senior here in the states. I say we let them play in the summer league so they can prepare for the upcoming season for us.

Sergio is still under contract. But as for Freeland and Kopo, I'm guessing Freeland is the most likely to be added since this is the last year of his contract in the ACB.

Kop is not ready. Freeland is. Plus Freeland has a NBA escape clause in his contract.

Freeland has been playing well from what I read. I am all for putting him in Frye's place.

Won't both Koponen and Freeland will be playing for their countries in some qualifying tournament this summer, for FIBA or something, and therefore will be unavailable for summer league?
