Re: WCF: Lakers vs. Nuggets (LA leads 2-1) How the hell did you get that vid already? lol That 3 was amazing.
Re: WCF: Lakers vs. Nuggets (LA leads 2-1) I'm done predicting. lol Oh, whatever, I'm gonna go with another Laker win. I hope though that it's not gonna be as close as this one so I don't have to keep my legs from shaking. lol
Re: WCF: Lakers vs. Nuggets (LA leads 2-1) I think an underrated player today was Pau, he sparked us at the start of the fourth quarter, then Kobe came in when the lanes were opening up and he got an and 1.
Re: WCF: Lakers vs. Nuggets (LA leads 2-1) Yeah, those 2 fades were big in reminding Denver of the threat he posed which always led them to committing more attention on him on D and helped Kobe and the others get to work. I hope our Frontcourt shows up in game 4.
Re: WCF: Lakers vs. Nuggets (LA leads 2-1) CHEEEE!!!!!!!!! Yeah, Im the ruler! This is my house! They can't beat us at home!!! Damn inbound pass. NOT AGAIN!
Re: WCF: Lakers vs. Nuggets (LA leads 2-1) Hahaha! Nice one! The guy that got away with the flagrant!
Re: WCF: Lakers vs. Nuggets (LA leads 2-1) Trevor is playing huge for us, I guess he just doesn't think they have anyone to match up with him. Melo can give him fits with his size but Ariza is a pretty swift guy too.
Re: WCF: Lakers vs. Nuggets (LA leads 2-1) Gasol needs to dunk with style and not do those pussy ass dunks.
Re: WCF: Lakers vs. Nuggets (LA leads 2-1) Lakers showed some heart today. They showed some fight. Being down all game long, and then taking the lead in the 4th, Nuggets fighting back, but in the end still coming out on top. Obviously Kobe played a major role, but everyone stepped up down the stretch (except Fish). Props. Here's hoping for an encore performance in Game 4.
Re: WCF: Lakers vs. Nuggets (LA leads 2-1) Lost, how would you rate Fisher tonight? Did he do anything on D and what would you say contributed the most to stopping Billups a bit? I think he had another meh night, but Brown started the fourth quarter at least which I liked.
Re: WCF: Lakers vs. Nuggets (LA leads 2-1) His slip during the crucial moments in the 4th scared the shit out of me, luckily he called timeout. His bone headed charge in the 4th had potential to kill us as well, luckily we prevailed regardless. He's not hitting his shots, plain and simple. He needs to start doing that again because that's his greatest value on the team. I also didn't understand the T he got, when Kenyon shoved him during the jumpball and somehow it was called on him? Chauncey didn't have a great night either, he struggled offensively and didn't do much damage, so I guess you have to give Fish some credit there, although I'm not exactly sure how much Fish was matched up with him. I admit I wasn't really paying attention to Chauncey for most of the game, so I can't really tell you much. I was more so worried about Carmelo and their two bigs, Nene/Anderson who killed us in the 1st half. In all, Fish was pretty bad. Chauncey not going off was a plus, but his rookie mistakes in the 4th could have cost us the game. I still don't know what Shannon has to do to get more minutes. Seems like everytime he comes onto the court, Lakers go on a run, yet Phil still refuses to play him. He definitely deserves some of Fish and Sasha's minutes. Those two are giving us next to nothing.
Re: WCF: Lakers vs. Nuggets (LA leads 2-1) Ever since Fisher got back out of that suspension with Houston, he's been playing like crap.
Re: WCF: Lakers vs. Nuggets (LA leads 2-1) Amazing game. Kobe was pushed to the limit tonight. I agree with everyone that Fisher was crap. Ariza came through for us AGAIN. Good thing his injury wasn't too serious. Pau was solid down low. I thought Bynum was a notch over OK bec. he blocked some shots and altered others, he shouldn't have done better offensively though.
Re: WCF: Lakers vs. Nuggets (LA leads 2-1) Bynum kept doing his annoying post-up jumpshot, it might be good to use it when you're like 305 ft. from basket, but he kept attempting it when he was just barely in the pain. he fared better when he was using those jumphooks. And again, Fisher was meh. And that trip he had made me scream in frustration, so was that stupid Tech which was supposed to be called on both sides.
Re: WCF: Lakers vs. Nuggets (LA leads 2-1) Can't wait for Shape's take on the extra adjustments we need to make, I'd like to see a bit more from some of our other guys. Is Lamar ok? I know he's not an offensive beast but I thought his style would be decent against Denver's quick tempo.
