If the playoffs were to start today this is what one of the matchups would be and most people think this will in fact be the matchup. The funny thing is the Grizzlies would have home court while they are the 6th seed and Denver is the third due to their "fairly easy division". My question is Who do you got in a seven game series between those two?I would say Memphis in seven because they seem to have a better team overall, they are pretty deep.

I like Memphis in this one. These two teams are polar opposites. Denver is a fastbreak team with no shooters. Memphis is a halfcourt team with a plethora of shooters, plus very good defense. They have superior team work and leadership. Denver is a very good team, but they won't be able to run like they normally do in the playoffs, and they don't function nearly as well in the halfcourt. Memphis is an excellent shooting team, and anyone can get hot in a 7 game series for them. They also have the leadership of Eddie Jones, who is actually a very good defender as well as a shooter. The better shooting team normally wins in the playoffs.

No way we lose to Memphis. We already owned them twice this season each time by over 10 points. They have nobody to stop Melo. He always has huge games against Memphis.Mike Miller wont be as much as a factor theres no doubt in my mind Patterson will have him on lock down.We take this in 6.
