Note on Ramon Sessions

Only 2 were in the half court offense and they were because Rudy was wide open.

 

My original quote was:

"He's good at finding the open man before the defense gets set, but once the defense has established position, he's way below average at EVERYTHING."

Nothing in that highlight reel changes that. 8 of the 10 passes were definitely before the defense was set. At most, two of them, were out of the half court offense. Two lob passes a season doesn't prove that someone is good at running a half court offense.

I'll bet if I worked hard enough at it I could compile a highlight reel of Channing Frye plays that would make him look like the "American" Amare Stoudamire.

 

I love Rudy, but he isn't a great dunker by any means. Yeah, he can catch an alley-oop with two hands and throw it down. But that is pretty much it.

 

I actually thought his dunk from behind the backboard in the dunk contest was much nicer then I thought he could pull off.
