He said one of his friend's moms is learning English from listening to him on the radio. Pretty lame. And he was trying to be funny, saying how he doesn't have a good grasp on the English language, even though he's like the grammar nazi on the show. I don't know why he hyped it up so much.
It's an old radio gimmick. Tease something, more people listen to the show. It's the "very special episode of Facts of life" of Radio.
