It's overwhelming information. It's both beneficial and annoying at the same time. It's just amazing to me how communication is constantly evolving. I remember watching a documentary of cell phone use in Finland. The Finnish are a shy culture speaking face to face with one another. They embraced the cellphone and conversation was dominated with mobile to mobile interaction. I remember watching and laughing at this silly notion of people being able to hold a conversation over the phone, but not face to face. Fast foward to today and it seems like people are more comfortable sending a text message or tweet versus making a phone call.
So true. And tell me since when people are having friends over internet whom they've never seen before. It's beginning to expand, internet dating is more popular than ever. I saw a fact that in USA every fourth or fitfh couple has met over internet. I live in a country so small that we don't have that, and im happy for it. ONTOPIC: My opinion is that people overrate game 1. I'd never say that finals are over. Magic had a very bad game and they're going to strike back, although i think Lakers are also ready for it. Game 2 will answer millions of questions
What concerns me with Orlando is Howard's ability to get our entire frontcourt in foul trouble. I'm not surprised by the statstic of Americans meeting online. I can't speak for the rest of the country, but in SoCal people don't have a lot of spare time to go find a date. You can do that when you're 20 to 25 years old, but after that partying age you're really limited to where you can meet people. You don't want to be the 30+ year old guy still night clubbing trying to hook up with 21 to 23 year olds hoping you'll find one worth marrying. At that stage you're pretty much limited to bars, the work place, through friends, or your gym. If you meet an older women at the bar you always have to wonder about her issues and why she hasn't found someone yet? I'm sure she's wondering the same thing and a relationship is pretty much doomed. Fortunately I found someone to marry and got married before I had to concede to online dating, but if I were single and was looking for more than a hook-up I'd probably sign up for eHarmony or one of those other internet dating sites.
Twitter's good stuff. I got Amare Stoudemire, Tyrus Thomas, Thabo Sefolosha, Taylor Swift, Kenny the Jet, Ernie Johnson on my twitter. Kenny's twitter got hijacked by his teenage daughter. She put up a pic of him with a fro. Then busted on his rapping.
