When Bynum is on it's a major advantage, but he hasn't proven he's capable of being healthy for an entire season. If he can and the Lakers bring back the main guys this team will be a dynasty and should run off at least two more titles.

Lakers do have the edge in coaching by a large margin. PJax is way ahead of Brown in the coaching department.

Z > Bynum this year, Odom is a role player he has the gifts but not any sort of outstanding output.

Our players are flashy, not defensively as gifted as Cleveland. Considering both sides of the the ball it is much closer.

I don't think the Lakers are bigger and stronger than Cleveland. They have more length, but Cleveland has tougher players. More skilled in what sense? The Lakers roster is far more versatile which gives them an advantage over most teams in the league.

    Who has better shooters? Cleveland
    Who has better defenders? Cleveland
Who has better ball handlers? Cleveland

thats because they cant do much else. they use their perimeter speed to disrupt offenses but they dont have a shot blocking presence to be taken seriously. delonte and mo might frustrate opposing players on a cold evening in december when opposing players dont give a shit but in the playoffs- opposing players are undettered by their annoyance. frankly, i thought the rockets castoff rafer altson outplayed mo williams (their second all star) throughout the series

shooters- probably the cavs but the cavs shooters, with the exception of lebron never hit shots when it matters
better defenders- again ill take the shot blocking capability of bynum, gasol and to a lesser extent odom over the perimeter pests presented by the cavs
who has better ball handlers- well lebron dribbles most of the time so yeah lebron is better

    lets elaborate...

who has the better bench- the lakers
who has the better coach- the lakers
who has the experience- the lakers
who has the better offensive team- the lakers!!!

I don't know about the bench, Sasha, Luke, Powell, DJ, Odom, Farmar?

LeBron dribbles the ball more, he's not a better handler. He just doesn't work off the ball as much.

LeBron James coming from the weakside is their shot blocking presence. The Cavs are also one of the top teams in drawing charges.

I believe this was Mo Williams first time in the playoffs and his struggles is more a result of his experience than him being an inferior player.

Kobe has the experience, as he showed in the Olympics even among stars. Fisher has experience too, though he's mediocre at best.

odom's a beast in the finals. in fact, if odom played for the cavs, he would be lebron's robin.

Uh, Z > Bynum is a joke. I'm going to pretend I didn't read that.

I agree on 3 of the 4 (coach, experience, & offensive team), however the bench goes to Cleveland.

I'd take Wally, Pavlovic, Joe Smith, Boobie & Ben Wallace ahead of the Lakers bench (Farmar, Vujacic, Walton, Odom & MBenga) any time.

Odom just got torched by Rashard Lewis, worse than most games in that other series I believe.

And he doesn't feel well as a second option.

Haha you are so wrong with this assumption. Odom is a disaster when he has to be the second option for a team. He looks great because he's playing off the bench and is option 3 when he's on the court with Gasol & Kobe.

boobie and ben wallace were way too injured all season to develop any traction this year plus boobie is a duplication of mo and delonte and thus useless on the cavs. wally and joe smith are done, they are good as retired. pavolic is good but he looks uncomfortable on the court. the lakers bench has odom who was probably the best sixth man off the bench for any playoff team aside from jr smith. and farmar and shannon brown represent good change of pace players from derek fisher. plus, i have always had an affinity for luke waltons cerebral game.

Farmar is terrible, Shannon played 20 something games for a handful of minutes.

    Luke Walton is pretty inconsistent.

And Lamar was a starter basically with Bynum out, so our bench was terrible.
