    Breast size isn't just relevant to looks. Breasts that are too large can cause back and shoulder pains/problems. Especially for an athlete who has to hurl her body around at high speed. At 17, it may not be a problem, but it could well cause serious problems for her as she gets older.

    If it's a health issue, I think she should get breast reduction surgery, even as a straight male.
