    The problem with Chi-town comes from the fact that there's a considerable distance between the hotels the NBA would like to use and the United Center.

    Sam Smith said in his mailbag that the Bulls made a policy after the 1988 Allstar game not to make a bid for the game because their fans complained about not being able to get tickets to the 1988 game.

    Is it possible the Blazers have a similar policy?
