Kevin Garnett. He is more talented. Brand may be a low block beast, but KG gets his teammates involved. It's very close, though, considering how much Elton Brand has improved his game. He now has that midrange shot.
Kevin Garnett is a 20 and 10 player just like Brand. The difference? He is a superioir passer, and has always been an MVP candidate, while Brand has only earned that statues this year
KG. He leads his team, I give the edge to him on defense, and he has more range on offense. It is pretty close though but I have to go to KG on this one.
I like KG because he has size on Brand. Brand is about 6'8, 250 pounds. KG is a 6'11 220 pounder. Although Brand has the weight, KG is still alot taller and strong, just like Brand. If Brand was bigger I would give this to him but the length of Garnett on top of a better offensive game, and clutchness, is why I give KG the edge.
KG's more like 7'1" 230 but I would much rather have Brand on offense, he has a great post game, he bullies his way and can hit the jumper.

Kevin Garnett is atleast 7'1", maybe even 7'2". He lies about his height because he feels that if he is listed as a 7 footer he will be forced to play center. He's even joked around saying he is really 6'13".
I think the fact that we are even debating this shows the fall of KG in our ours more than the increase in play of Brand.Brand has always been good, but we really are just starting to see it right now.I mean you really used to just compare TD, KG, and Dirk as he West bigtime PF's...with Gasol, Brand, and AK-47 on the 2nd tier...I'd take Brand as of this year, KG just seems to have lost that fire.
