The point of my post is that every way people have tried to argue that the IRS and income tax are illegal or unconstitutional has been rejected by the courts. I think it really is unconstitutional as-is, because you are guilty until proven innocent. If they audit you and say you owe $100, you have to prove you don't. And that's been tried in the courts, too, without success.
