    I moved to L.A. 4 years ago and my Lakers didn't even reach the playoffs that year, but I stuck with them, never gave up, and they finally won tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so stoked!!!!! Great day to be a Laker fan!!!!!!!!!!!!

    While I agree that most fans are jealous of the L*kers success, I don't think it has anything to do with the size of the town. In this case, size does not matter. Real Portland fans hate the L*kers because of their success, and the fact that they kept us out of the championship a couple of years. If that team had been Boise for example, I think we would hate them as well.


    And your argument was shot when you mentioned how no one hates the Clippers because they play in the same city as the L*kers.
