I want a competent back up for Kobe, and look to get someone else at Fish's position. If Phil isn't going to give Shannon time at the SG, then I wouldn't mind picking up another athletic/decent guard to give Kobe more rest during the season and playoffs. This assuming we sign Ariza and Candyman, which should be our first priority.
Kobe isn't leaving, and I would be surprised if he opts out--unless he wants to structure it to take less money. Bring back Ariza first. Odom 2nd Get Kobe a real back up.
