    Interesting. I just read an article the other day indicating Coach K might not return to coach with Team USA. I wonder if this has anything to do with it. PJax said today his health will determine if he returns again or not to the lead the Lakers.

    Makes you wonder...Why would Phil even want to come back? All next season can bring him is disappointment if they werent to repeat. Even if they do repeat, in Phils mind he could be saying "so what?". Would an 11th ring really be that big of a deal to Phil...i dont think so. He has the record, he molded yet another team to a championship...what more is there to do? Ring 11,12,13...does it really matter to him? I dont think it would to me at his point in his career and life.

    Does he really want to fully dedicate a year of his life to basketball again just for an 11th ring? He has NOTHING to prove.

    I hope it's Coach K if PJax does decide to retire. His style is similar to Phoenix Suns basketball jacking up 3's. No thanks.

    I think this team can prove a lot of things, and carve into history. Phil should come back I think he'll have fun, and he has a chance to do something even more special.

    If his health is that awful, ok, but if not he might have regrets.

    Yeah... College ball is a lot different from the NBA, college ball is faster and kinda 'reckless' (alot of breaks, full - court pressure, etc) when compared to the tactical 'chess' games coaches play in an NBA game.
