Same, he probably thinks his value skyrocketed after a solid performance in the finals.

well his value did go up, atleast in terms of what he was worth before the playoffs, which i estimate would be around 5 mil per year, but now i believe odom deserves 7 or 8, and ariza with 7 mil. that we can afford.

Doesn't matter what he thinks he deserves, it only matters what teams will want to pay him, and I don't see any team with cap space willing to invest that much money on him.

Would you trade Bynum to keep Ariza, Odom & Brown?

Well depends on for who. Hopefully the management will be able to work things out. Lamar really isn't a need if Drew can actually stay healthy for once. When Drew was healthy Lamar didn't see many minutes and his contributions were nothing special. We were fine. But I'm not very optimistic about Drew's health after suffering two serious injuries two years in a row.

Today I read an article about richest sportsmen in the world. Kobe was placed second behind Tiger Woods, seriously why the hell he needs so much money, take take paycut. I would solve all our problems

I would do this in a heartbeat, but let's be real, Andrew isn't worth this much.

Also, I'm coming back as long as Mitch doesn't lowball me.

    Agreed. :O

Bynum just has to stay on the court, that's the only thing I don't like about his game. He takes a while to get into a flow after those injuries.

Pressure is on now to get these guys locked up. The Spurs are about to acquire Richard Jefferson for nothing.

Buss loves winners. He'll bring them both back.

Thank you San Antonio. They should have waited on that trade til later in the off-season if they could have. Now it just gives the Lakers more incentive to bring back everyone.

If Jerry wants a chance to surpass Boston's championships before he dies, he retains his free agents.
