Really? Hinrich is an enforcer? How so? Blake has been undervalued his entire collegiate/NBA career, yet he won an NCAA title and PG'd the Blazers to the second-best record in the West. How do you know Hinrich is tougher than Blake? Is it his lack of starting this year?

Not sure how credible this is, but a writer for hoopsworld put this on his twitter about an hour ago:

    #22 and Sergio?

If we Trade Outlaw, I want to get Tyrus Thomas back.

I think it will be Outlaw.

Maybe add #22 and #33 for #16 as well.

This is what I think, or something close anyway.

Hinrich and Thomas or #16 for Blake, Travis #22 and #33

I don't think Chicago would do that.

They are pretty motivated to get under the tax threshold. HInrich and Thomas makes a lot of sense for that package. Hinrich and 16 a little less, but maybe there is cash involved.

hinrich and 16 makes more sense for portland especially if they can get blair there.

and with blake and outlaw not being guaranteed, that helps the bulls shed salary if they let them walk.

I am not the world's greatest TT fan - but he is more likely to be a productive backup PF than anyone we would take at #16 for the next year or two. The big issue, of course - is will he be re-signed?

But, he can always be used down-the-line as a trade chip.

Personally, I would prefer a Kirk + 16 than Kirk + TT - but for the short-term - it is not that big of a deal.

If you don't like Travis Outlaw then I don't think you will like Tyrus Thomas. Tyrus is actually a bigger bonehead than Travis.

It's probably Hinrich for Blake and Outlaw.

If Bulls don't do a follow up involving Deng or Salmons, they'd probably just cut Outlaw I'd assume. If Tyrus Thomas is involved, I think it would probably be in a three way with the Suns. Otherwise, at the very least, Bayless or Fernandez would be coming back Chicago's way.

I think TT is Travis's negative - he is Travis Outlaw with a defensive game and sporadic offense. Travis is Tyrus Thomas with an offensive game and sporadic defense. I get the feeling that Travis is less full of himself and thus probably a better locker-room guy - but there are reasons to agree with your assessment. TT is not the smartest basketball player on the court... at any given moment...

For the record - I like Travis a lot - and would rather have Webster go out in such a trade - but since Chicago's intent seems to be cutting salary - I doubt this would happen.

BTW, Bill Ingram said that Amare Stoudemire was traded to the Bulls at the deadline. I'm not buying what he's saying.

I'd be pretty pissed at the Blazers if we dealt Fernandez to get TT.

Something interesting I pulled from RealGM:

Doesn't mean that there isn't a trade coming, but that friends rumor may not be true after all. This, of course, is still more RUMINT.
