By now we all know you don't think Hinrich is the answer. Fair enough. I don't think he would be the total solution either. However, considering what is available, what do you think IS the answer? Is it Blake? Is it some high draft pick point guard? Is it another point guard who has been rumored to be available and is in a similar situation to Hinrich's? Is it a more experienced Bayless? Or if you are smoking crack, Sergio? I am just curious. BTW, the trade the Bucks made pretty much takes Sessions off the table. In order to get him Portland would have to pay out about the same amount as Hinrich makes now.
That's not neccessarily true. Milwaukee will basically have enough money to sign either Sessions or Charlie Villanueva. From what I've read, they're leaning toward Villanueva.
I haven't read his tweets, but wouldn't it read poorly in the court of Milwaukee Bucks-fan public opinion to be openly confident about remaining with the Bucks at the cost of another talented young player (Sessions)? Better to stay humble and repeat the taking it one day at a time cliche's STOMP
It's weird, but Quick and Freeman just disappear and don't break anything. Maybe they just don't have sources in the league, but they weren't anywhere to be found at the trade deadline and you don't hear anything from them now in the day before the draft that no one else knows. I still think they're good writers, but with a team that's involved in every rumor out there, they take a back seat to all of it.
Since when did having horrible temper become a positive attribute? Getting mad tends to reduce performance, not increase it. Perhaps the reason Blake has missed clutch free throws is that he missed the first one then got so angry he couldn't concentrate on the others. Maybe Blake should carry one of those squeeze balls in his jock so when he gets mad he can take out his frustration on it?
When I read the title of this thread, I rolled my eyes. But am glad I clicked and read this beautiful nugget of news.
