How will we use the MLE?

    This is a ways away still, since we have to draft and take of our own free agents first. But it's one of the only opportunities we have to bring in someone new this offseason. So what are the options? Who could we use it on and how would you want to use it?

    this is one of the worse free agent crops i can remember and all the so called coveted fa are probably going to resign (e.g ariza, odom and hedo)

    I'm betting Hedo will get more than the MLE.

    Just for value's sake, he's worth more than 6 million, and could a very valuable trading chip if he were to not fit in.

    Although the biggest point is, I doubt he would want to sign with the Raps of all the teams willing to spend the MLE.
