Either with us, or another team, like let's say a 3 to 4 year deal, with reasonable money on both sides.

Just wondering how will that effect his play? Will he get lazy and unmotivated again? I'm hoping we can see the LO of the Orlando series, but what happens when his focus starts waning and he reverts back to Lamar Odumb, which he is so well known for.

I like LO and what he has done for us this year, for the most part. Props for him stepping up when Drew went down, but I'm not really a big fan of his. Of course I want him back, but I'm kind of worried his play will start slipping again when he feels "secure" in his new contract. I mean, he had a contract on the line this year, and still looked unfocused and unmotivated at times. Anybody worried about this, or do you guys think it won't be a problem? If he's asking for a 7-8 million dollar deal, would using the MLE instead on someone like Rasheed Wallace be a bad option? Just wondering what you guys think. I hope LO doesn't dog it if we resign him, or if he goes elsewhere for that matter. He's a good guy and I root for him, but he makes it hard sometimes.

Odom can't stay that hot from the field, he's going to go back to that inconsistent dude who leads our bench. He's a nice insurance policy to have around though.

I think Odom will get back to his inconsistent self after he signs the new contract, though I doubt that he'll be as inconsistent as he was before. lol

He should perform to be in the running for 6th man of the year. lol

Inconsistency is just something we have to expect of Odom. He's going to have his good games and he's going to have his bad games. It's something we have to accept, regardless of what kind of contract he gets.

    Are you really asking this?

He won't change. Inconsistent play it will be.
