    Can he break Joe Dimaggio? He got a hit tonight, and is currently sitting on 38. I personally don't think he will break Joe D's, but it will be fun to watch. <u>I predict 48 and done.</u>

    No one in the next 5 years will break it.Even with all the steroids I doubt anyone will beat this incredible mark,same goes for Aaron's record.

    If Griffey Jr. never ran into all of those injuries he would of shattered the home run record.

    lefty, we're talking about the hit-streak record. and btw, Rollins is only chasing the franchise record. imagine what the MLB record is, like Aaron's.

    MLB Record for what? Hit Streak? Or Homerun? B/C the hit streak record is DiMaggio with 56.
