    c'mon, that's like saying "it's not you, it's me."

The system was perfect for him. His playing style is exactly like LMA, all he had to do was hit the outside jumper and rebound a bit. He couldn't do either.

I don't know what Frye's problem was last season, but he just didn't show any kind of consistency... or actually, he was so bad at times, he started being consistently bad.

It's too bad, because as others have said, Frye obviously appreciated Portland's quirkiness. I hope he finds a similar niche elsewhere in the NBA, but I don't know where he'll find it. I wouldn't be surprised to see Channing at another western city with some character. Oakland (Golden State), maybe? Denver?

I like Frye - too bad he just was not good enough.

He still is young and I expect him to turn into a very quality back up, just not for a team that needs toughness.

I'll miss his blonde blue eyed chubby girlfriend. She was really nice too.
Perhaps Frye will go to Memphis or Sacramento.

    thick blonde girls rock!

I'd love to see him in a fast paced offence like in Sac-town.....that would be pretty sweet actually.

I have a strong feeling he will be more successful off the court then on.
