Chris Paul finished the game last night against Golden State with 17 points, a career high 16 assists, 10 rebounds, and 6 steals, in a winning effort. If he could have got it, then he would be in elite status. Nate Thurmond, Alvin Robertson, Hakeem Olajuwon, and David Robinson are the only ones to do it.

Paul is really surprising me with his all around ability. To perform this way as a rookie is phenomenal. He is the hands down rookie of the year.

His rebounding is what suprised me the most. I mean it's normal to see points like Andre Miller and Jason Kidd grab boards like this because they are so strong. But Paul is just a hard worker. He is a freak.

Wow, Chris Paul is truly amazing! He deserves the Rookie of the Year Award and pretty soon, I'm sure we'll see him achieve higher and greater things.

I just hope West keeps playing well and they add some more players to help Paul.
