Will there ever be another quadruple double? One player must have 4 of the following 5 statistics: 10 points, 10 assists, 10 rebounds, 10 blocks, 10 steals.I used to think Ben Wallace could do it, and he still could with points, rebounds, blocks, and steals. Chris Paul almost got it last night, with 17 points, 16 assists, 10 rebounds, and 6 steals against Golden State. Some other players that could do it-LebronDWadeTracy McGradyPierceKobeJKiddKGShawn MarionMost likely it will be a Swingman, but theres a lot of different people that have a good chance.Do you think that there will be another quadruple double soon? By Whom?
My choice is LeBron. He excells in every stastistical category, and has scoring ability, PG sense, strong rebounder, and is capable of getting alot of steals. He is one of the most complete players in the NBA right now, and I wouldnt be suprised if he did it. KG's another possibility.
AK-47 has been so close on a few occasions. If he ever gets it going the entire game it could get scary.
Yeah it will defintely happen again. To me LeBron and AK have the best shots at it. I could see CP3 getting it as well. MAybe Artest...
LeBron and Kirilenko have the best chances out of anybody in the league in getting a quadrule-double. Hell, Kirilenko could probably get the first ever quintople-double.
Totally forgot AK-47. I know he has the ability to get the quintople double, if anyone. Does anyone think Ben has a shot?
Ben Wallace could easily get the blocks, rebounds and steals part if he really tried for it. The points would come off of offensive rebounds and set-ups from other players, but I can't see him getting double-digit assists.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Do you think that there will be another quadruple double soon? By Whom?</div>Maybe, my guess would be AK-47, reason being is he has the freedom on the Jazz to be able to rack up the stats. Same goes for Lebron.
Yeah I think so. Witht he poor defense being played nowadays, freaks like Lebron or Wade could go off on any given day and just get a quad double. I think it will happen some day.
AK-47 like stated before is probably the best choice. Lebron could also. I had someone in my mind but I forgot. But they get pretty good stats quite alot. And no, it was not Wade for al lyou haters.
if someone were to get it, it would have to be with blocks. It's incredibly hard to get 10 steals, much more difficult than 10 blocks. The only people who have a shot at this IMO is Shawn Marion and AK.
I have to agree with most AK-47 has to be close to the top.Points, boards and rebounds are the easiest of course. So that leaves blocks and steals as the 2 categories left. I think getting 10 blocks is much easier then getting 10 steals. So a center or a forward has a greater chance of getting a quadruple double then a guard. AK-47 makes sense. Surprisingly I think Marcus Camby could do it. Eventually Dwight Howard should be able to. Soon as he starts to get doubled consistently and has teammates that can hit an open shot. Blocks will come for him just because of his height + athleticism.Ron Artest is like AK-47. He could get 10 in either blocks or steals, but probably neither. Boris Diaw is a possibility too. Blocks might be a little tougher for him, but I could see it happening if he is "on".
I would see AK getting it. I watched where he got 10 blocks. It was easy for him in that game. If he can rack up 10 Points, 10 Ast and 10 Rebs he will get it.
I can see AK-47 and Big Ben. Big Ben has been close to one along with AK before. I actually think AK-47 will get a quad x 2 next year. Big Ben would have to be feeling it on offense though. I think both of these players could get one in a OT or 2OT game easily if they were on.
