    Don't like Artest being in LA. He may provide D, but he is still a possible locker room chemistry breaker. Not to mention that he dominates the ball and is way older than Ariza.

    if we cant bring odom back, we are getting ourselves a big man, not a wing player. odom played most of the time as the power foward.

    If Odom or Ariza dont sign I would LOVE Artest...For him he was on amazing behavior last year. I think he can control himself and be great

    I think Artest would be quite bad for the Lakers, unless he could really be tamed, which I'm not sure he could. His shot selection would probably piss off Jackson. I think he's worse than Odom.

    He'd only come here if Trevor leaves. We can only offer MLE so who knows. At that type of money, seems like a bargain for Ron Ron but I'd rather just keep Trevor at the same price, if possible. I think it would be great to have Ron on our team next year, and I doubt there would be any trouble. My only concern is long term, when Phil leaves, who the hell is going to control him? Rambis?

    I think he'll stay in Houston.

    He likes it there, was loved by the fans, and they can pay him the most.

    But the Houston brass are not sure if they even want to keep Artest. They say if Yao is still eligible to pay, they sign him, if not, then nope.

    I can't believe how cheap Artest's contract was last year compared to other players.

    His contract last year was near MLE. Only about 6Mil. SO it could be possible, but only if Yao's injury is really serious, cause only then will Houston let him go I think.

    He would be distinct upgrade from Ariza...if this Ariza BS is true Id be ecstatic to get Ron! Hell, screw Ariza if the price is the same for both
