    Simple swap:

    Rudy Fernandez to Houston

    Aaron Brooks to Portland

I definitely would...Rudy is exciting but doesn't fit our offense, or lack of offense that coach Nate runs...Brooks can pick and roll and use his quicks to get to the basket and shoots a decent three as well...

Not a chance in hell. Rudy is a better shooter and much more of a dynamic player. Brooks had a good season, but I know from his years at Oregon he can be a bit of a headcase.

hell no. Bayless will be Aaron Brooks and better this coming year if he gets playing time. I wish nate would use Bayless like Adleman used brooks. If we didnt have Bayless, it'd be a tougher decision for me.

No. Fernandez has All-Star potential, IMO. I expect that same level of player coming back.

That would be the worst trade in the history of trades.

Okay, not quite that bad, but no way in hell would I do that deal.

the rockets would love to have rudy if the blazers ever decide they want to give him away. but then again, so would basically every other team in the league.

    No, not one chance.

I think Rudy will probably not be with the team long term, but that doesn't mean they should give him away.

If they trade him, it should be a sign and trade deal when his rookie contract is up so Portland can get his actual value in return. Right now his contract is just too good to get rid of.

He made less the Sergio last year, after all.

hell fuck no. As far as I'm concerned, Rudy is untradeable unless we're getting CP3 back.
