I guess since Trev won the championship for us, we had to pay 8-9 million in order to show appreciation. This guy is a wacko, every time he opens his mouth he makes me laugh.

Ariza was appreciated enough when he was offered the MLE to stay with the champs/best team in the league, and at the same time, learn from a HOF coach and one of the best players in the game?!     What a jackass. I wonder how Ariza feels about this mess his agent created. Houston had a great season last year and I love how they compete night in and night out, but that franchise appears to be in a transition stage with Yao's health uncertainty and trying to trade McGrady and now Battier. I could see the Rockets being a team falling out of the top 8 next year if they have any lulls during the season.

    Yeah, without Yao, Houston won't be able to be in the playoffs. It is too hard to maintain the intensity of that Yao-less team for the whole 82 games.
