    Shannon showed a lot of promise for us last year, in limited minutes. Javaris did the same in his stint with the Lakers, but has sort of turned into an afterthought since leaving LA, sort of like Shannon was in CLE/CHI/CHA.

    Lakers fans like(d) both.

    So... if the Wizards approached us with this offer, would you accept?

    Shishi and a 2nd rounder for Javaris? In a heartbeat....not Shannon though. We got his SO cheap for $2.1/yr.

    Jarvis is a solid player, but I like Shannon over him. That dunk he got over Andersen sparked that run the Lakers made. His athleticism gives that energy off the bench, plus I wouldn't mind the Lakers possibly having a representative in thte dunk contest. Kobe was the last Laker to compete in that.

    Shannon is a better fit for being a starter in the Triangle. I do like Javaris a lot, but I always felt he'd be better off the bench because he excels in the open court.
