Actually, Millsap is exactly what we need. We need a banger and a rebounder. It just so happens that Millsap is exactly that but also can score from about 15 ft. out and the low post. When we go small we can easily run a frontcourt of Aldridge at Center and Millsap at PF. I wouldn't be surprised if we ran Aldridge spot minutes at the three as well.
We're signing Shaq? - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - If he can play 30 mpg for us and give us the flexibility to move Pryz for another piece we need I think we're making the right move in signing him.
