It's KP's job to look at/consider every situation... again my question was "did he validate Quick's report that they were making an offer to Millsap?" According to what posters are saying in another thread, Quick is reporting that an offer has been made. There are real differences between considering, making, and made. STOMP

KP had already admitted he was disappointed about the Turkey issue. He already admitted the negotations for Roy & Aldridge are still continuing, but it'll get done.
