    Utah essentially gets Milsap and Tyrus for Boozer.

    Portland essentially signs Hinrich for three years at $9M/year with their cap space.

    I don't know if Hinrich is worth that much. Although Bargnani is out there now.

    If you do this:

    Portland gets: Hinrich, Thomas (and loses cap space)
    Utah gets: Blake, Oulaw, $7M savings
    Chicago gets: Boozer

    It works, but interestingly, Holinger's analysis says we get two less wins

    LOL. Sooooo uninformed.

    Hinrich is as good as Blake on offense, and 3 times as good as Blake on defense.

    He would be a huge upgrade for out team.

    I want them to get a god dam point guard who can penetrate the lane and break down a defense not a guy who stands out there launching 3's. Oden s going to go to waste with these slow bums

    If the deal leaves Blake here, then I would bet Bayless would be frustrated. That would definately put him back to third string no matter what he does in the summer league. I like the Deng/Hinrich deal better where we send Outlaw and Blake out. I like Blake, but I love the Deng/Batum option at SF better.

    YahooSportsNBABulls haven’t had a “single conversation” about a 3-way deal Blazers and “have nothing going” with Utah about Boozer, Bulls source tells Y!.

    I agree, but what you get from him that we don't have now from Blake is a very good defensive player. Put Batum and Hinrich together, we improve our perimeter defense. IMO, that was one of the Blazers weakest parts of the team last year. That will help to keep Greg, Joel and LA out of foul trouble.

    We have a winner! If the bigs get to stay on the floor they can be a hell of a lot more productive than sitting on the bench or playing tentative late in the game due to foul trouble.
